Who We Are

Our Story

The idea of making a better, safer holster began at a firearms training course. The instructor commented that the holster we were using had the potential to malfunction and create a dangerous situation. After much discussion and many designs, we created our own style of holster along with tactical and/or competition belt setups.

Rigor Arms started in the basement of the Maier household, which includes dad, mom and son! We enjoy all things outdoors, including anything firearms-related. We especially enjoy firearms training of all kinds, including defensive handgun and carbine training. We have found a new obsession with USPSA matches and shooting steel targets! All aspects add to the appreciation for the firearms industry and making us better skilled for any situation that arises.

When the COVID-19 pandemic shut our country down, we decided to turn our passion for the firearms industry into a small business by making custom products including holsters, belts and magazine carriers. We quickly transformed a somewhat functional basement space into a shop with tools and an industrial sizes sewing machine.

We believe in The Constitution. We believe in The Second Amendment. We believe in being prepared for the world we live in today.
