​Please allow 1-2 weeks' lead time for custom orders, depending on how customized the holster is. We currently ship in the United States using USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. If you have further questions regarding shipping, please email us at


Return & Exchange Policy

    If there is a problem with your holster order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Because all holsters are custom made, holsters may not be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.. Holster purchases will not be refunded or exchanged for any other reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Holsters come with a Warranty for Function. If your holster is scratched, scuffed, frayed, faded, or ripped, or suffers minor damage during use and/or training, it will not be replaced under warranty. If parts are missing or lost, they will not be replaced by warranty.

It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct holster and options. Returns will not be accepted for choosing the wrong holster options. If you made a mistake in the ordering process, please email us immediately at for the possibility of correcting any mistakes in ordering options prior to the manufacturing of the holster.

It is your sole responsibility to understand and have the knowledge to use the products you have ordered in a SAFE manner. Rigor Arms encourages appropriate training to ensure proper and safe handling of ALL firearms and firearm products/accessories.
